City of Fresno Employees Health and Welfare Trust has selected Halcyon Behavioral as the new provider of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (MHSA) benefits, as of January 1, 2021.
Please use this Website as a resource to understand your benefits, find a provider and contact Halcyon Behavioral. If you are currently in treatment with a provider, please review the provider list to determine if your current provider is covered. If you do not see them listed, please download and complete the transition of care form to let us know who they are. You can use the secure portal to upload the form and send it to info@halcyonbehavioral.com. We will reach out to your provider and work with them to make sure there is no disruption in care.
Benefits
To use your benefits, please call Halcyon Behavioral at 888-425-4800. Your call will be answered by one of our behavioral health clinicians, who will help you schedule an appointment with a provider who will give you the services that you need. One of our friendly clinicians will be happy to refer you to an appropriate provider.
